Orders shipped FOB

GA. Credit card only; upon completion of your 2nd order, we can invoice your orders to Net15-credit card
Lost Shipments
On any shipment that is not received within a reasonable shipping time of the invoice, please notify Equestrian Enterprise Inc. to initiate a tracing of the shipment.
Damaged Shipments
Inspect shipments immediately upon arrival. All claims for merchandise damage during transit should be sent immediately to your delivery carrier and Equestrian Enterprise, Inc. Return damaged merchandise to Equestrian Enterprise, Inc. for replacement after inspection by your carrier.
Shortages and Overages
Shortages and Overages must be reported to us in writing within (5) days after receipt of goods
Stock Adjustments
All returns of new merchandise for stock adjustments will receive credit of purchase price less 15% handling charge

Equestrian Enterprises, Inc. offers custom printed apparel and merchandise as well. Call us at (770)-591-3806 for imprinted apparel for your next event, breed association or club. We can customize one of our current designs or create an original for you.
